Within the framework of the OIC Public Employment Services Network (OIC-PESNET) Work Plan 2024-2026 and the Public Employment Services Capacity Building Programme (PES-CaB), SESRIC will organise a Webinar on “Methodologies for Collecting, Analysing and Disseminating Labour Market Statistics” on 18 December 2024.

This webinar aims to bring together experts and executives from French-speaking OIC countries to discuss best practices and challenges in collecting labour market data. It will also delve into the various methodologies, tools, and techniques employed across different countries, including surveys, administrative records, and alternative data sources. Additionally, the webinar will explore innovative approaches and technologies, such as big data and machine learning, to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of labour market statistics.
