Within the framework of the Public Employment Services Capacity Building Programme (PES-CaB), SESRIC will organise a Training Course on “Navigating Complex Employment Challenges for Public Service Providers” on 22-23 October 2024 through an online video conferencing platform.

The training course will be provided by competent experts from the Malaysian Social Security Organisation (SOCSO) for the benefit of experts from relevant ministries and national public employment institutions in OIC countries.

The objective of this training course is to provide public service providers with the requisite knowledge and skills to effectively manage and address complex employment challenges. This course will also give insights into navigating legal frameworks, implementing best practices in human resources, resolving conflicts, and developing strategies for nurturing a productive and inclusive workplace environment.
