SESRIC delegation headed by H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK, Director General, participated in the Coordination Meeting of the OIC Islamic Universities (IUCM), which took place on 16 January 2024 at the Headquarters of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Meeting brought together rectors and representatives of various OIC Islamic Universities as well as delegations from different OIC Institutions prior to the 7th Session of the Annual Coordination Meeting of OIC Institutions (7th ACMOI).

H.E. SELÇUK shared insights on SESRIC initiatives and activities highlighting the potential areas of collaboration between the Centre and the OIC universities and institutions. Esteemed heads of OIC universities delivered comprehensive presentations underscoring their institutions’ efforts, while stressing on the importance of enhancing cooperation with their sister institutions.

The valuable discussions among the participating delegates contributed to the development of a robust and practical action plan, marking a new phase in the collective efforts towards enhanced cooperation and advancement within the OIC community.
