One of the basic mandates of SESRIC is to collect, collate, process and disseminate socio-economic statistics and information on and for the utilisation of the member countries. In order to carry out this mandate in the best way, SESRIC has to have close relations with the National Statistical Offices (NSOs) of the OIC Member Countries. In order to increase synergy, SESRIC organized several meetings which brought delegates of NSOs of the Member Countries, OIC institutions and several international and regional institutions together.
