H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Mr. Farid MAMMADOV, Chairman of the Agency for Sustainable and Operative Social Provision (DOST) of Azerbaijan, on the sidelines of the Azerbaijan Halal Business Forum (AZHAB) on 9 October 2024.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed the ongoing cooperation between SESRIC and DOST and exchanged views on potential joint initiatives, particularly within the framework of SESRIC's Social Security Institutions Capacity Building Programme (SSI-CaB). The discussions also highlighted the importance of strengthening intra-OIC cooperation, promoting the exchange of expertise and best practices, and enhancing institutional capacities to address key challenges in social protection systems across OIC Member Countries.
