H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr AL NUAIMI, Minister of Education and Higher Education of the State of Qatar, in Doha on 23 October to discuss potential areas of cooperation between SESRIC and the Ministry.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on opportunities to strengthen cooperation in support of socio-economic development efforts, particularly in education, science, and technology, with special emphasis on Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure). In this context, SESRIC's contributions to capacity-building and knowledge sharing were highlighted, including the organisation of 101 activities in education, science, and technology for the benefit of OIC Member Countries. The meeting also provided an opportunity to explore potential joint initiatives aimed at enhancing institutional capacities and promoting scientific advancement across OIC Member Countries.
