H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK held a bilateral meeting with Dr. Fahad ALDOSSARI, President of the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT) of Saudi Arabia, on the sidelines of the 13th Session of the OIC Statistical Commission (OIC-StatCom).

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on opportunities to further strengthen cooperation in the areas of statistical capacity-building, data sharing, and the exchange of expertise and experiences. The discussions also covered the upcoming edition of the World Data Forum, scheduled to be hosted in Riyadh in 2026, highlighting the importance of international collaboration and knowledge exchange in advancing statistical development and strengthening national statistical systems.
