H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK met with H.E. Amb. Muhammad Saeed SARWAR, Permanent Observer of the OIC to the United Nations Office at Geneva, on the margins of the 17^th UN–OIC General Cooperation Meeting.

Both sides underlined the importance of developing high-impact, joint UN–OIC flagship projects, supported by strong coordination mechanisms and high-level institutional engagement.

H.E. SELÇUK noted SESRIC's readiness to apply its statistical and research capacity to support evidence-based policymaking and reinforce OIC engagement at the UN level. Discussions also addressed expanding direct partnerships with Geneva-based UN entities and closer engagement with the OIC Group of Ambassadors in Geneva.
