SESRIC and INCEIF University signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 18 June 2026, on the margins of the 2026 IsDB Annual Meetings in Baku.

The MoU establishes a framework for collaboration in Islamic finance education, research, and capacity building and professional competencies in Islamic finance across OIC countries.

The MoU builds on the discussions held between H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK and H.E. Dato' Dr. Mohd Azmi OMAR, President and CEO of INCEIF, in July 2025 on advancing cooperation in Islamic finance and the halal economy across the OIC region.
