SESRIC and BPS–Statistics Indonesia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the sidelines of the 57^th Session of the UN Statistical Commission convened in New York.

The MoU aims to strengthen the existing cooperation in the field of official statistics and to further enhance collaboration in supporting the development of national statistical systems across the OIC countries.

The partnership will also support joint capacity-building initiatives, including training programmes, workshops and seminars, while contributing to the achievement of targets under relevant national, regional and global development plans.
