H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Amadou Moustapha Ndieck SARRE, Minister of Vocational Training of Senegal on 2 September 2025 in Dakar.

H.E. SELÇUK provided an overview on SESRIC’s efforts in the field of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). H.E. SARRE shared insights on the Ministry’s priorities and areas of function. The meeting explored potential future capacity-building initiatives and exchange of expertise under SESRIC’s OIC-VET Programme in areas such as digital transformation and innovation in TVET, entrepreneurial skills, and green skills, especially Training of Trainers (ToT) activities for the experts of the Vocational and Technical Training Center in Dakar. In addition, both sides discussed the preparations for the upcoming OIC-TVET Roadmap (2026-3035) and Senegal’s role in its development.
