SESRIC participated in the 3^rd Steering Group Meeting of the International Forum on TOSSD held on 10-12 March 2025 in hybrid format - in Paris at the OECD Boulogne premises and online.

The meeting brought together members of the Steering Group in which SESRIC represents one of the four intergovernmental organisations besides the Islamic Development Bank. SESRIC has reiterated its readiness for the promotion of better tracking the development finance data that supports sustainable development in the OIC countries and beyond.

In its third meeting, the members comprised of development cooperation specialists and statisticians reviewed the 2024 activities presented by the Secretariat and discussed improving the TOSSD methodology, and addressing the needs of the development finance data users. Among others, the meeting covered the following agenda items:

• Results of the 2024 TOSSD Data Collection on 2023 Activities
• Proposed Adjustments to the TOSSD Methodology
• Use of TOSSD for Tracking Global Commitments
• Implementation of the TOSSD Data Review Mechanism
• Creation of the IFT Statistical Working Group
• Preparation of the 2025 IFT General Assembly
