SESRIC welcomed a delegation of public officials, diplomats, academics, and researchers studying the Turkish language and culture in Ankara as part of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB)’s KATIP Programme. The delegation included 16 participants from 16 countries and three experts from YTB.

During the visit, SESRIC delivered a presentation on the history and structure of the OIC as well as the mandate and departments of SESRIC and its ongoing efforts in capacity-building programmes and technical cooperation initiatives. The meeting provided a platform for constructive discussions about enhancing cooperation.

The KATİP Programme is an initiative of YTB, which offers public officials, diplomats, academics, and researchers the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the Turkish language and culture, fostering sustainable cooperation between countries and supporting cultural exchange.
