A fruitful bilateral meeting took place between H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK and Dr. Naeem Uz ZAFAR, Chief Statistician of the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics.

The discussion focused on strengthening collaboration in the field of statistics within the framework of SESRIC's StatCaB Programme where PBS has been an active participant and contributor.

H.E. SELÇUK also expressed her appreciation for PBS's leadership in assuming the role of Chairmanship in 2022 and Vice-Chairmanship in 2021 of the OIC-StatCom.

To date, Pakistan has actively participated nearly 100 statistical activities organized by SESRIC.
