SESRIC delegation headed by H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK, Director General, participated in the 7^th Session of the Annual Coordination Meeting of OIC Institutions (ACMOI), which took place on 17-18 January 2024 at the Headquarters of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

During the meeting, H.E. SELÇUK presented the progress report of the Sub-Committee of ACMOI on Finance, Development and Private Sector (FIDEPS) on the agreed upon actions and programmes since the 6th Meeting of ACMOI, held in December 2022. In its capacity as the Chair of the FIDEPS, SESRIC compiles and shares the progress report among the sub-committee members on a regular basis.

The 7^th ACMOI brought together OIC Special Envoys, OIC Overseas Missions and Offices, as well as OIC Institutions to review the implementation status of activities through various thematic committees in line with the matrix of agreed activities for 2023, which were adopted during the 6^th ACMOI held in Jeddah on 14-15 December 2022. Furthermore, during the meeting, SESRIC and other participating delegates proposed a new list of joint activities to be implemented in 2024 to further enhance cooperation among OIC bodies.
