SESRIC and the National Agency of the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) under the Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills of the Kingdom of Morocco have held an online coordination meeting on 13 October 2023, to discuss the preparations required for the 4^th Meeting of OIC-Public Employment Services Network (OIC-PESNET).

During the online meeting, a comprehensive discussion was engaged regarding aspects of the logistical setup for the next 4^th meeting, which is planned to be held in Marrakech, Morocco. SESRIC, in its capacity as the Secretariat of the OIC-PESNET and the National Agency of the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC) of the Kingdom of Morocco, the current Chair of the OIC-PESNET, will jointly organise the 4^th Meeting of OIC-PESNET.

The OIC-PESNET is an OIC platform established to create closer cooperation among the national public employment services agencies/ authorities of the OIC Member Countries through sharing knowledge, experience and best practices. SESRIC assumes the role of the Secretariat of the OIC-PESNET and carries out a specific capacity-building programme, namely; Public Employment Services Capacity Building Programme (PES-CaB), to support the efforts of the OIC Member Countries in developing the capacities of the institutional and human resources in the field of public employment services.
