SESRIC participated in the ‘Development Workshop of ASEAN OSHNET Work Plan 2021-2025’ that was held in Bali, Indonesia on 13-14 November 2019. The workshop was hosted by the Directorate General of Labour Inspection and OSH Development under the Ministry of Manpower of Indonesia.

The workshop extensively discussed the development of a new working plan for the ASEAN OSHNET for the period 2021-2025 under the guidance of the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Blueprint 2025, and ASEAN Labour Ministers’ Work Programme.

SESRIC, on its capacity as one of the leading external partners for collaboration, made a comprehensive presentation of its efforts about furthering OSH in OIC Member States within the framework of OIC OSHNET, and explored new avenues of cooperation with ASEAN countries for enhancing the implementation of OSH and reducing the number of occupational accident and occupational diseases.
