The capital city of the State of Palestine, al-Quds al-Sharif, was declared as the "OIC Youth Capital 2018” by The Islamic Conference Youth Forum for Dialogues and Cooperation (ICYF-DC), announcing a year of landmark initiatives for Palestinian youth that seeks to raise international awareness of the Palestinian issue and preserve the Islamic character of al-Quds al-Sharif.

More than 20 projects on academics, cultural and social affairs will be launched to promote Al-Quds and to raise awareness for the struggle of the Palestinian people.
